Auto exhaust flexible pipe with interlock(outer wire braided and meshed) is composed by outer wire braid, outer wire meshed, bellows and interlock, which has added interlock inside based on routine products, as it’s used for assembly and maintenance for middle-high oriented cars, outer wire braided is divided into routine braid and woven mesh, the structure of products are more strength due to the add of interlock inside, there’s evident effect in terms of damping and reduction of noise. It’s belong to high level series products among auto exhaust flexible pipes.

Introduction for interlock

Interlock is known also as telescopic joints, expansion joints and compensator. is divided into: bellows compensator, sleeve compensator, rotating compensator, natural square compensator etc. The bellow compensator herein is more commonly used, it’s mainly used for the protection of the safe operation of the pipeline, has the following functions:

1. Absorption compensation axial, lateral, angular deformation.

2. Absorption vibration of equipment, reduce equipment vibration.

3. Absorption of certain deformation.
