I. Working Principle

1. Driven system

A motor equipped with a speed controller is applied in the complete appliance, and the speed can be

adjusted by chain diver.

2. Heating system:

Four far infrared U-tubes are used in this machine to heat the glass from the directions of

both the top and the bottom, and it is possible to adjust the temperature automatically.

3. Rolling system

There are six pairs of high-temperature resistance rubber roller to press and laminate the glass

after the pieces are put together.An adjusting device with numeric display is deployed to show the

thickness.The space between the upper and lower rubber rollers is adjusted with the

maximum laminating thickness is 40mm
