1. The line can be used to produce carbon fibre pipe which is made of PE and carbon.
The kind of pipe is made of the special structure and materials. It has the advantages of high strength , high toughness ,anti-corrosion, light weight ,long life,etc and is becoming as a replacement of cast iron pipe, rubber pipe and PVC pipe,It is widely used in such fields as irrigation (draining and feeding water) ,protecting the surface of cable ,ventilation,exhaust,etc.

2. The special detached type compounding screw and die head with spiral structure& reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.

Unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe with diameter 50mm-200mm, production speed is up to 0.4-1.5m/min.

All kind of polyolefine material, multi-layers spiral strengthening pipe can be coextruderd, recycled materials can be used in production.

Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance carrying pre-cooling and powerful vacuum device to suit for high speed extruding pipe.
