this is our smallest monobloc, it integrates rising filling capping three functions in

one unit, it has 8 rising heads, 8 filling heads, 3 capping heads, can fill 3000 bottles

per hour, it's a ideal equipment for small scale production.

This CGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit:Beverage Machinery is used to produce polyester

bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage machinery and other non-gas beverage

machinery. The CGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit:Beverage Machinery can finish all the

process such as press bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and outsiders touch

time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.

Working principle:

The machine is based on the 13 KW electric motor as the main drive,the

worm gear reducer with motor drags the triangle belt rotation, pick the bottles,wash bottles, as the

bottles read then done filling,after that the capping rotation system will done.

1. Transmission system: bottle will be sent to the 3 in 1 macnine by local blower,then an electric

conveyer takes over. the defective bottle can be took off from the tail gate also the user can

replace the different size bottle by that.

2. Washing system: the holder will catch the bottle and turn 180 degrees in order to spray

medium into bottle to finish a flush program in order to ensure bottle clean. Also in accordance

with the requirements of local users on the realization of disinfectant, the system will flush the

bottle secondly to improve the product.

3. Filling system: the main components includes feeding tanks, piping, filling valve, filling

head,gear,motor and control system.the control system is the main brain of the machine,it

controls filling,motor,conveyor etc,the medium comes from tank goes to filling valves through

piping,filling head connect with bottle then valve open,medium fills the bottle.

4． capping system:The capping system is controlled by PLC,when bottle in place it cappings

immediately.

5. Electrical system: mainly imports electrical components configure our machines,such as

Frequency converter, PLC system,proximity switch and so on.

Washing Part

1). The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.

2). Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional

bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution. Bottle clip is

made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.

3). Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular

angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.

4). Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant

bearing without maintenance.

5). Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.

Filling part

1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.

2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.

3). Filling method is gravity filling.

4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.

5). The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate.
