Description:

• Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are made of stainless steel 304.
• The roller bearing is made of stainless steel, the sealing ring is made of EPDM material, and plastic is made of UMPE.
• The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with the traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no quick-wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid being polluted by the rubber gripper.
• The gripper equipped with high-efficient spray nozzle, it can develop to any position of inwall of the bottle, and can save rinsing water. There is a cover above the spray nozzle which can prevent water spilling; and there are regulatory recycle slot and recycle pipes under the nozzles.
• Rinsing time can be guaranteed for 2 seconds.
• By adjusting the height of the rotary parts to adapt for different bottle height
• The motivation is derived from the driven system in the framework passed by gear.
• The supplying of rinsing water is controlled by solenoid valve.

1) The rotary wheel is a fully AISI304 stainless steel welded structure.

2) The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp incorporating technology is capable

of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.

3) Covering of bottle clamps and elevator are product of IGUS

4) The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.

2) Rotary wheel are fully made of stainless steel AISI304.

3) Filling valves are designed and manufactured with German technology, featuring high filling accuracy

and high filling speed.

4) Bottles are raised and lowered by cam controlled lifting cylinder. Valve opening mechanism is actuated

by air cylinder.

5) All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.

2) The cap track has the device to prevent the reversal cap from passing and pick out the reversal cap.

Meanwhile the photoelectric switch can stop the machine automatically when there is no cap on the track,

by which it can avoid bottle without cap effectively.

3) It also has the bottle check-up switch. Together with cylinder on the joint of the cap track and cap lift,

they can control the cap flow and stop it in case no bottle to reduce the quantity of cap.

4) Highly effective acentric way for cap sorting to reduce the abrasion.

5) It has the check-up device to control the cap lift.
