• 3-in-1 monoblock is composed of rinser, filler, capper, frame, sealing window, main motor and transferring system, cap unscrambler and electric control system etc.

Bottle washing part. this model adopts star wheel for bottle transportation in the machine. all the parts are

made of stainless steel.

There is bottle guard board below the star wheel to avoid possible stuck during high speed rotary running.

these guard board ensures high efficiency 5000 bottles per hour with 12 pieces of filling heads.

The strength of capping head is adjustable. we shall adjust the strength to be best for client's cap and

bottle during our whole line testing in our workshop.

I. Technical documents

Within 15 days after the contract takes effect, StepChina will provide buyer equipment layout designed

according to buyer’s workshop drawing.

The technical documentation shipped with equipment are as follow:

• Packing list
• Operation manual
• Maintenance manual
• Electrical principle diagram
• Special documentation will be appointed by both parties.

II. Technical service

1．Installation & commissioning.

After all equipment arrives at user’s factory, the packing cases should be opened to check goods amount

when both parties’ personnel are on the scene and StepChina technician will guide the installation,

commissioning and trial run. The equipment should achieve designed capacity in the planned time. During

installation and commissioning, StepChina is responsible for providing relevant spare parts.

2．Training

Training contents include equipment structure, maintenance, control and operation. Training is done at

buyer’s site according to practical situation. StepChina will appoint qualified technician to do guidance and

make training outline which will be provided to buyer for confirmation ahead of one month.

By training, buyer’s technician can master relevant operation and maintenance skills, adjust technics

skillfully and handle faults in time.

3．Warranty

The quality index of equipment performs national or industrial standard. StepChina guarantees the

equipment is brand-new and made with latest design and proper material, and conforms to contracted

quality, specification and performance.

StepChina guarantees the equipment achieves technical performance index within the time appointed by

parties after correct guidance of installation and commissioning.

StepChina guarantees to be responsible for any defect, fault and damage resulted from StepChina’s

responsibility as design, technics, manufacture, installation and commissioning and defective material in

the contracted warranty time.

The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15 months since deliver to loading

port.

In warranty time, if buyer finds that the goods quality or specification does not accord with stipulation of

the contract or proves that the goods has defect(including potential defect or unqualified material,

etc.),buyer will have right to make his claim according to certificate issued by legal department

consumption index.
