Filling machine is mainly composed of filling tank components, filling tank elevator, cam elevator, axletree

Washing machine mainly contains adjustable supporter, shunt circle, water channel discreteness, overturn

Capping part:

Capping machine is composed of capping machine base, transition gear device, capping device, base,

transmission upright post, rotating-prevent upright post, and cap elevator device etc.

The transmission system of the capping machine is from the reductor. Through gear, the power is

transferred to capping head by elevator upright post, transitive gear is simultaneously driven to rotate the

cap-taking plate.

Capping head is fluctuated by capping cam. Capping cam is fixed and not rotating. Through cap-dropping

rail, cap is taken to capping gear ring of capping head by cap-taking plate. Cap is screwed in capping

head through the down movement rotated by capping head when bottles rise up.
