Description:

• this external washing machine contains water spraying and brush washing two functions. there are two tanks for spraying water. according to different pollution on bottle, there could be hot alkali, cycle water and pure water for better cleaning effect. besides, special designed brush could tight with bottle during brush washing.
• In relative-enclosed circumstances (preventing scrub solution to out), the head of power by means of gear mechanism to drive (bottle, bottleneck. Bottom) shaped brush rotary. Simultaneously high pressure pump aspirate water from tank and spray on those part continuously. In this way brush and continuous washing with water can wash the shoulder of bucket, bucket and bottom. all-in-one to guarantee it clean everyplace.

• the front of external washing machine. two water tanks with cycle pipe and drain pipe. besides, heating fuction is optional. there is filter net on the top of tank. when the water is dirty, you could drain it through butterfly valve.

• separate tank for cycle water and pure water storage. Chinese best pump is CNP pump which is steady and reliable for years working.

• Side of external washing machine. here is output of bottle which connects with filling machine through conveyor belt. there is sensor for bottle input on the other side. this machine could be single controlled or controlled by filling machine.
