Production Process
1. Making Sample:
The sample is the first step to confirm every detailes, and also
prove the the mass production sample.
2. Cutting Workshop:
The material of products are cutted by hand, and some are punched
by machine.
3. Sewing Workshop:
We have 3-5 sewing workshop lines, every lines have about 10-15
workers. We always hire skilled workers,
to ensure to make every product perfect, at the same time, we have
inpection for every working line.
4. QC Department:
Every product are checked and then packed to ensure every one is
perfect.
5. Shipping:
Our skilled sales team will contact and deal with the shipping to
deliver to you.
QC Process:
Incoming material inspection => In-process sewing inspection
=> Final product inspection
Product Material standards:
All materials can pass test of AZO Free, Low Cadmium.If you need
REACH,SHVC,EN71 and 6P European Standard, if you are required
