Product Description
We were specialized in the high precision ceramic pump ,ceramic
plunger,ceramic cylinder sleeve.The material include
alumina,silicon nitride and zirconia and so on.
Our ceramic piston pump is major using in the pharmaceutical
machinery filling equipment.The filling volume from 0.5-500mL.
Because of the different filling machine's pinciple,different
factory pump's structure ,size and packing will be different.So we
can do according diferent factory's request.
The basicly surface roughness we can do is Ra0.2 even higher.The
fitting gas( tolerance can reach min 5um,max 15um.Actually we doing
it according to customers applications,
All in all ,we can make sure it will not leakage.
OUR ADVANTANGES
1.Adopt the technical materials with high performance----high
hardness, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance,
corrosion resistance, which guarantees the reliability of
materials.
2. Use special processing methods in the plunger piston working
surface, and the obtained micro-pores have self-lubrication
function, which changes the traditional theory that depends on
sliding friction and lubrication.
3. Take the fluid structure in internal surface, no dead angle or
groove. Use the advanced high precision internal and external
cylinder grinder in internal surface and plunger piston surface and
process to mirror surface. Conduct vibratory polishing in the
external surface, which is convenient for cleaning and
disinfection.
4. Adopt the 316L stainless steel to assist sealing, and this is
convenient for disassembling.
5. Pass the safety performance test of corrosion resistance, acid
resistance and alkali resistance. All indexes have reached the
domestic level of same kind of products.
6. Appearance and size can be designed and processed according to
the requirements of customers.nal surface, which is convenient for
cleaning and disinfection.
