LZSH CABLE 0,6 / 1 kV POWER CABLE

Application:

IEC 60502-1 cables are used for electricity supply in low voltage installation system, IEC 60502-1 cables are suitable for installation in indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts, under ground, in power and switching stations, local energy distributions, industrial plants, where there is no risk of mechanical damage.

DESIGN

1. Conductor:
– Solid plain copper : 1.5 to 4 mm²
– Stranded plain copper : 1.5 to 500 mm²

2.1 Insulation(First Layer):

– Mineral ceramic fire resistant tape (Mica).

2.2 Insulation(Second Layer):

– Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)

3. Filler

– non-hygroscoppic polypropylene(PP) filler

4. Inner Sheath (Bedding ) for armoured cables

– LSZH Compound

5. Armour:

– Galvanized steel tape for multi core cable

6.Outer sheath:

– Thermoplastic LSZH compound

– Colour: black. Other colour on request.
