Specifications:
Self-Locking Retaining Rings are ideal for applications that have
high rotational requirements. This feature allows the ring to
function properly at speeds that exceed the recommended rotational
capacity. The self-locking option can be incorporated for both
external and internal rings. The self-locking feature utilizes a
small tab on the inside turn “locking” into a slot on the outside
turn. Self-locking allows the ring to operate at high speeds,
withstand vibration, function under rapid acceleration and absorb a
degree of impact loading.

Our history:
| 1993 | Lisheng Spring Co., Ltd is established in Zhejiang Province. |
| 1994 | The company built its 3,600 m² factory on 13,500 m² land . The new and more advance machinery and equipments purchase add our equipment and machnery up to 217 sets from 41 and auxiliary
production equipments tallied to 183. |
| 1996 | Lisheng is the first spring factory in Wenzhou that obtained
ISO9002 certification. |
| 2002 | The company established the hardware stamped product to coordinated
customers’ requirements to develop related business. |
| 2003 | On the second phase, a new factory was initiated and the total area
of the factory increased to 8,800 m²; in the same year, the automatic lathe
department was established to develop the lathe assembly parts business. |
| 2004 | ISO9001: 2000 certification was passed. In the same year, it was
noticed that RoHS directive had entered into force and the control of hazardous
substances had tighten up all over the world. The company decided to set up
its own electroplating workshop to ensure product quality. |
