Description:
1. pvc wpc Wood plate production line is our company successfully
developed a composite self-invented technology, plate by adding
pulverized plant fiber, the thickness adjustable, can be a
single-or three-tier board, board width 915 ~ 1220mm, widely used
in the construction template, furniture, decoration and other
industries.
2. PVC Foam Board Machine adopts Celuka foam technology, which can
produce a kind of PVC foam boards with superior quality. These
processes result in a "skinning" or outer layer of foam board, thus
has smooth and shining surface with characteristics of lightweight,
scratch-resistant, durable, water and weather resistant,
anti-corrosion, impervious to salts, insects and many chemicals
including some acids.
3. Material of mould is high quality alloy steel 5CrNiMo forging
treatment, the surface of inner flow channel is under chrome
plating treatment and polish treatment. The structure of mould
adopts imported technology, the die cavity under hard chrome
plating treatment and mirror type polishing treatment.
