Radarking’s Billing System delivers real-time and high speed data processing, dynamic tariff management and close customer interaction capability. This system provides auditable and transparent management platform for utility company and customer satisfaction as result. Billing System consists of three parts as Billing Management, Collection Management, and Accounting Management. This system realizes billing and bills generation for electricity, Water and Gas customer.

Includes following modules:

• Billing Management: Billing Management is responsible to receive of meter reading data through different channel like manual, AMI system Smart HUU, this module provides a flexible pricing structure to accommodate rates, fees, surcharges, taxes, adjustment clauses, step method. Conduct calculation via workflow engine and rating rules engine base on customer’s bill period. Through flexible bill adjustment and recalculation process, it also support adjust and correct bills manually to ensure the correctness of the final bills. Billing management main functions include Pricing Plan Management, Charge Calculation, Charge Validation, Charge Release, Billing correction, and Bill Management.
• Accounting Management: Collection management supports collection of payable accounts through various payment channels and various settlement modes. Customer can pay through payment center or ATM, and also possible for collectors to collect on site. It is able to pay via third-party agencies (such as: bank, merchant, etc.). After payments, the agencies return the collection results through unified payment platform interface that provided by Collection Management.
• Collection Management: Customer Financial Management mainly realizes Account Receivable Management, General Ledger Management, Debt Management, Disconnection & Reconnection Management and, Reconciliation & Closing Processing.
