The Bump Shock Test Machine is designed to evaluate the
crashworthiness of the product structure in order to evaluate the
ability of the laboratory simulation products to withstand impact
damage in actual use. Product structure strength will be optimized
through test data, The reliability of the product can be
effectively improved by correctly evaluating the crashworthiness of
the product. With laboratory test to simulate the collision
products may be in the transport loading and unloading damage, thus
to evaluate the packaging's ability to protect the product.
Components and other electronic and electrical products may
experience repeating impact during transportation or use. Bump test
can be used as a method to ensure the satisfaction of design
structure or as a quality assurance method. Specimen will
experience regular peak acceleration and continuous impact with
standard pulse during the bump test.
