Water Treatment Plant, also called Water purification Plant or
Water Treatment System, is the purification process of removing
undesirable chemicals, biological contaminants, suspended solids
and gases from water. The goal is to produce water fit for human
consumption such as drinking water. It mainly include the
multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, water softener (Sodium
Ion Exchanger), precision filter, RO (reverse osmosis) filtration
system and sterilization device.
Multi-medium Quartz Filter also called sand filter is mainly used
to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid
material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other
particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.
Carbon Filter can effectively remove the pigment in the water,
smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms,
reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and
other harmful pollutants.
Resin Softener also called Sodium Ion Exchanger is mainly used for
water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water (mainly
calcium ion and magnesium ion). Thereby it can effectively prevent
the reverse osmosis membrane fouling.
Precision Filter also called Micron Filter has inherently uniform
structures which like a sieve, retain all particles larger than the
precisely controlled pore size on their surface to further reduce
the turbidity, to meet the next process of the water requirements
of the protection of the next long-running processes.
Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration system is usually used together with
pre-treatment filters to remove impurities in water.
Ultrafiltration membrane with pores less than 0.01 microns can
completely filter out the water bacteria, rust, colloid and other
harmful substances, and retain the Trace elements and minerals
which are beneficial to the human body.
During water purification process, Ultraviolet (UV) sterilization
and ozone sterilization are widely adopted to sterilize the water.
