1. GPM series PVC Pipe Production Line is mainly used in the
production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and
cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of conical double/
parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw
haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and
so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening
instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the
production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.
2. The line is suitable for the production of PVC fiber reinforced
pipe.This kinds of pipe is made of three layers structure. The
inner and the outer layers will be made of PVC plastics and the
middle layer is made of terylene fiber reinforced net. The pipe is
suitable for the conveying of corrosive gas or liquid. It can be
widely used in the fields of machinery, coal mine, oil, chemical
plant, agricultural irrigation, building, solar water heater, coal
gas pot, etc.
Description:
1. PVC-C cable duct tubes are used for laying,guiding and
protecting underground cables.The minimun vicat Softening
Temperature (short for VAT) can rise to more than 93ºC,higher than
78ºC of On the basis of the 78ºC of VAT for ordinary PVC-tubes has
been greatly improved.Even if the underground internal cables has
overload or short circuit occurs,it will not harm to the
tubes.Keeping the underground cable cores at the temperature of
100ºC for 15 days as a simulated test,the tubes underground remain
constant at 80ºC without being deformed.To ensure higher melt
temperature and viscosity,hard-to-plasticize and easy for
degrading,the GPM Company specially designs and develops the key
parts such as screws and moulds.
2.This set is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum
cablibrating tank, haull-off, cutter, stacker or belling machine
etc.
3.The extruder and haul-off machine adopt the imported AC frequency
control device,The vacuum pump and hauling motor employ superior
goods.
4.Haul-off machine of different specifications, such as two
caterpillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, six
caterpillars etc are designed for different requirements.
5.It is additionally attched with length measuring apparatus and
thickness increasing device
