ACME Threaded Scaffold Screw Jack with Cast Base Plate and U Heads
Made from high strength steel pipes, this dia 48mm screw jacks are
equipped with 150 x 150 mm head plate to support and stabilize
horizontal timber beam or steel beams in slab construction.
Always working in conjunction with Jack base, jack head fits all types of scaffold systems, such as frames, ring-lock, or
cuplock systems. Iti's quite a easy way to adjust scaffolding sets working height.
The screw jack with base plate allows your scaffold set to be
leveled on uneven surfaces. Casting iron nut is used on the screw
stem, high-strength and galvanized for durability.
ACME threads are used on the screw stem.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons
to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
--- bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
--- pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
--- wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
--- bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days
after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
