Scaffolding Steel Props With Adjusting Nut and Sleeve of Cast Iron
Scaffolding steel props are used to support slab shutterings in
buildings construction, with working height range from 1.7m up to 5,50 m.
The inner tube is Ø 48.3 mm (thickness from 2 mm to 4.0mm) with
holes to adjust the working height with help of the lock pin.
The outer tube is Ø57 mm (thickness from 1.6 mm to 2.5mm) with reinforcement at foot.
The pin diameter is between 12 and 14 mm, with a special design
that does not allow its fall.
Two end plates, upper and lower plates, serve to give stability to
the steel prop.
The thread is covered by a cast iron cup-type nut that has 2 side
handles for easy handling.
A steel ring plate is also equipped on the nut that prevents
concrete materials falling into the nut and get stuck.
The adjusting nut is made from cast iron, with high strength
loading capacity.
