ERW426 high frequency high precision ERW pipe mill making machine

This line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ219mm-Φ426mm with 5.0mm-16mm of wall thickness, can produce Square pipe 100*100 - 300*300mm.

I. Brief introduction:

89mm welded pipe production line is designed to produce welded pipes of 32mm-89mm in OD and 1mm-4.5mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.

Material: Carbon steel coil(GB Q195-Q345); Alloy steel coil; API 5L X42-X80

Production Speed : 20-60m/min

Direction : left to right or right to left from operator`s side decided by customers.
