designed in compact structure and beautiful appearance. It has a
plenty of advantages: accurate positioning, steady turn capacity
and strong climbing capacity. Our battery powered material transfer
cart is easy to operate with long driving range. More important,
this type of material transfer cart has characters of low noise,
easy maintenance and easy remote control for no cable.

These battery powered material transfer carts are suitable for
transportation all the heavy things in various environments and are

industry, shipbuilding and light industry. In fact, all the
transfer cart of ours can be customized to suit your working
demand. For example, if you want to transfer steel coils or pipe
use the transfer cart, we will add the V frame on the top of the
transfer cart to prevent the coils and steel pipes from falling
down. Moreover, we can design the V structure as the diameter of
the coils, steel pipes and oil tanks.

Product Processing
CNC Cutting: Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC
cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will
do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling: Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding: Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the
preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment: Test the welding section after the welding,
polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer: Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth
for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich
epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers
Assembling: Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels,
motors and gear box, etc.
Paint finish: Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the
integrity of primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging: Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control
system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And
after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After
the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.
Packing & Shipping
Large Capacity Transfer Cart Transportation: With large capacity
and dimension, the transfer cart is delivery through flat rack.
Large Duty transfer car Transportation: With small table size, the
transfer car can be delivery into 20’ container.
Small Dimension Rail Cart: With small dimension, the two or more
rail carts can be put into a container.
Long Flat Bed Transfer Trolley Transportation:
With long flatbed and small width, the transfer trolley can be
delivered through a 40’ container.
