Introduction
This vertical fill form seal machine is designed to realize the
fully automatic operation of snack packing. It consists of one
vertical collar type bag forming and filling machine, one multihead
weigher and one small conveyor.
The computer calculates the combination weight of the weighers with
high accuracy and then release the materials to fill in the
continuously formed pouch bag in high speed. The machine then
automatically cut and seal the filled bag and discharge it through
the small conveyor. Our machine can pack material of different
shape and specific gravity other than powders and granules. For
example, various kinds of snack food.

1. Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be controlled by the
touch screen. Operation is very simple.
2. Close down type mechanism, defending powder into inside of
machine.
