1. Description
Reaction bonded Silicon carbide is made from α-SIC powder,graphite
powder,mixing additives and organic adhesive agent.It has features
of high strength,high Temp. resistance,high hardness,high wear
resistance,thermal shock resistance,good thermal conductivity.
KamTai Sic Beam is mixed with high pure green sic powder and SIC
fine powder, after slip casting , vacuum sintered under
2450°C,recrystallised the high technology SIC material. Owing to
the high purity material (SIC ≥99.5%) and none middle combined
phase, RSIC has the excellent high-temperature mechanical property,
the working temperature can reach to 1380°C.
RSIC Recrystallized Silicon Carbide material can be used in
ceramics, refractory, electric porcelain and electron line as the
suitable kiln furniture, kiln fittings. The most outstanding
characteristics are high size stability, load-bearing ability under
high temperature and well energy saving effect. Many products can
be made from it, such as roller, beam, plate, and other structural
parts. RSIC material has well properties of oxidization resistance
and corrosion resistance, hardness and wear resistance. RSIC
material can be made into structural parts to be applied in
metallurgy, mechanics, chemical industry and military line.

Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we
will provide free spls, freight collect. But for some high value
spls, it need spl cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all
spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order
