1. Description
Reaction bonded silicon carbide, being formed by slip casting or extruded, fired in vacuum furnaces with zero porosity. Because it's almost zero porosity, bending strength is 5 times more than ordinary SiC, and thermal conductivity is twice of oxide SiC.

Due to it's special features, RBSIC is ability to maintain high strength from room temperature to 1350 ℃. Very high oxidetion resistance, chemical resistance, no deformation.

RBSIC used as beams, rollers, burner nozzles, and batts.

2. Oxide bonded silicon carbide

The product has characteristics of high refractoriness, high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance , etc.. Mainly used for household ceramic ware, sanitaryware, electronic porcelain, high-voltage porcelain, wheel and other industrials.
