The bell toys tester is also called the sound toys tester, the toys testing template AB and sound toys testing template. There are two kinds of template: the round one and the oval one. It stimulates the volume of the mouth to check whether the toys or the toys’ accessories may be swallowed by the children under 18 months.

Technical parameters:

Test purpose: Rattles test is to simulate children's oral capacity. Detection mouth stuffed toys for children, may cause choking or swallowing, and dangerous.

Use and understand:

1. Adjustment being tested toys so that it is most likely to enter and pass through the test plate orientation grooves the toy into the slot, so that the force acting on the toy is only its own gravity.

2. Having nearly spherical, hemispherical, or rounded end portion can pass through the test template toys full depth of the holes.

3. If the toy itself, there may be children stuffed mouth, it may cause choking or ingestion hazard wait. Although not part of the main contents of toys entrance, but their ends remain clogged throat and cause choking hazard.

Design: 18 months and toys for children under the ends should be designed to be large enough, can not penetrate (oval) rattles templates A and (Round) Rattles template B testing.

Applicable Type: 18 months and children under squeeze toys, rattles and toys.
