Machine description:

This kind of machine adopt new stastion, it increases the strength of the machien, the metal deck end prodcut widely used in floor flat. After making dots of the sheet it can increase of friction between the steel and concrete, thereby increasing the floor fastness.

The Steel Decking Floor thickness can be 0.8 to 1.5mm fabricated by this machine and the forming speed can be as fast as 15m/min.

The floor deck formed by this machine can be used into most steel structure multi-storey buildings, and the floor deck can mix with concrete to get a stronger performance.
