Process Description:

1^st Step: The Raw steel material with the thickness 0.8 mm is prepared for cutting.

2^nd Step: Use the pressing machine to press the outside skin of the car door

3^rd step: Mechanical Arm working for the inside of parts automatically

4^th step: to assemble inner side and outside of the parts together to make it a whole car door

5^th step: Clipping and Trimming

6^th Step: Use the European standard Electrophoretic equipment to do the coating work

7^th Step: Packaging with cartoon and bubble inside to protect the car doors
