Description:
1. PVC profile is extrued with mold and surface is treated with
hot-stamping machine directly in line or water transferring after
extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of
smooth and shining marble.

manufacutrring PVC free foamed board production line and PVC
Artificial Marble Board .
3. FLOW CHART OF PRODUCING
Crusher (crushing the edge of board trimmed) → Miller (milling the
scraps into powder → Mixer (mixing the main materials and
additives) → SJSZ 80- 156 Twin Conical Screws Extruder → Mould →
Lamination unit → Three-calender unit → Cooling Bracket → Hual-off
Machine → Edge Cutting → Cutter → Stacker .
