What is Pouch Laminador Film?
Pouch laminador film is a pre-laminated material used as protective
layer for paper material or photos. It is polyester film coated
with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance and hot melt onto paper
material when laminating.
Where is Pouch Laminador Film Used?
Pouch laminating film is used for making simple and smaller
laminates. We use to laminate id cards, tags and small paper
materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators. This is
useful in offices and home.
How to Operate Pouch Laminador Film?
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is handy and need no
training to operate. We use heat sensitive laminating film for
pouch lamination. Sheet with lamination films passes through heated
rollers and due to the effect of heat it sticks together. Heated
rollers moves with reasonable speeds applying some pressure on the
laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute for bonding
strength of the laminating pouch.
