Mylar, a brand possessed by DUPONT for plastic film, is meaning
polyester plastic film.
We are producing Polyester Thermal Lamination Film for printed
paper lamination.
We make polyester film as base material layer and EVA as heat
sensitive layer.
This two layers is coated by our high speed co-extrusion laminating
line.
Generally we produce two types of transparent PET thermal
lamination film:
- glossy (also called shine, brillante) PET thermal lamination film
- matt (also called dull, mate) PET thermal lamination film
Matt finish lamination film is giving dull appearance, differ from
glossy that is giving luster.
It show clear signs and images under direct lighting.
Thickness from 24micron to 250micron
Roll length from 50meter to 4000m (paper core 1", 2.3" or 3").
Roll width from 180mm to 1400mm (customized roll measure available)

What is Mylar Thermal Lamination Film?
PET Thermal Lamination Film is one of plastic roll film for printed
paper lamination.
It takes PET (polyester) film as base material layer and EVA as
heat sensitive layer.
This two layers is coated by our high speed co-extrusion laminating
line.
Thermal Lamination Film is also called dry, hot or heat lamination
film.

How to Use Mylar Thermal Lamination Film ?
Lamination process is of joining two or more layers, aimed for
protecting the prints.
we need a hot laminator, or called thermal (heat,dry) lamination
roller machine, to use Thermal Lamination Film by melting its EVA
adhesive onto paper surface.
During the process, the film is passed on a heated roller and under
reasonable pressure it sticks to the paper.
This process is easy to use and can be done in home for small
applications.
Sometimes, people also call it heat lamination or dry lamination or
hot lamination.
