Description

Silica Matting Agent specialized used for the PU/PVC matte finish leather coating. It is a micronized precipitated silica matting agent for both solvent-based and water-based system. It provides a medium-high viscosity with a pleasant matte finish. They resist dripping and offer excellent adhesion and high flexibility with wet-dry abrasion resistance.

1, Stable Chemical Property: As the matting agent is with high purity and low impurity, its chemical property is very stable.

2, Excellent Dispersion: The matting agent can easily disperse in both solvent and aqueous solution, the average high-speed pulsator with 10-20 M/S of the line speed, after 10 minutes can be ok.

3, High Matting Efficiency: It can reduce the gloss for the surface of leather, provide the better matte finish.
