Kevlar aramid fiber is organic fiber which is high tensile strength, flexible and low heat shrink. Kevlar aramid fiber woven fabric is light weight compared with same strength materials. And for different applications, kevlar fabric can be fire resistance or bulletproof. Fireproof one can be used for fire fighter clothing, fire protection gloves and fireproof bags. The bulletproof one is widely used for ballistic vest laminated and helmet manufacturing.

Except for bulletproof or fireproof, there are other properties make the kevlar fabric widely applied in a lot of fields. It is abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, cut resistant and stable physical/chemical properties.
