600g Break Twill Satin Fiberglass High Silica Fabric For Fire Welding Blanket

600g/m2 High Silica Cloth is made of 850g/m2 e-glass fiberglass fabric. After post treatment - acid treatment, calcination, the fabric has SiO2 content more than 96% and its final weight per square meter will be 600g/m2. Except for the higher SiO2, these post treatment also make the cloth a higher softening point, high strength and higher density. This 600gsm high silica fabric can be used under a temperature of 800 degree Celsius and the softening point is high to 1300℃. This high temperature silica cloth is flexible, durable, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant. It is an ideal fabric for fire and welding blanket.

Common weight Unionfull produce are 600gsm and 1200gsm. Thickness are 0.7mm and 1.3mm. Width is 91.44, 100cm, 105cm.
