1. This single screw extrusion line is designed with advanced west
Europe technology. The extruder is single screw type, it is mainly
used for making PE, PP, HDPE, PPR pipes.
2. The unit consists of single extruder machine, mold, vacuum forming
tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless/non-dust
cutter) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be
equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet
printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of
high-grade tubing.
Description:
1. Extruder designed by Aorui Machinery adopts big L/D and multi
mixing structure, which is more suitable for the PE low temperature
extrusion production. Specially-designed spiral moulds for PE
pipes, with inside oil controlling temperature system.
