HGS911HD Balancer / Vibration Spectrum Analyzer / Data Collector
HGS911HD is an easy operate and small sized economical vibration
Spectrum analyzer & data collector. It can be used for overall
vibration measurement, spectrum analysis and measurement of high
frequency acceleration envelope design makes it very effective for
bearing fault detection. HGS911HD testing data can be outputed to
computer for database and trending analysis.
It is also a low-cost, easy-to-use balancing meter with the
measurement of Amplitude,Rotation speed RPM, & Phase measurement.

Trouble-Shooting
| Symptom | Trouble-shooting |
| The magnetic mount has no attraction force | Take off the protective iron cover on the bottom of the magnetic
mount. |
| Cannot power on. | 1. Press and hold the On button for around 5 seconds then release; 2. The voltage of the battery may be low. Recharge the battery. |
| Spurious point name appears | 1. Format the memory 2. The battery voltage may be low. Recharge battery and power on
again. |
| Measurements not stable | - The accelerometer cable does not connect well, firm it at both
ends;
- There exists short circuit or break in the accelerometer cable.

| Communication fault | - The communication cable does not connect well, firm it at both
ends;
- Wrong model type selected in HUATEC Wave software, re-select the
model HGS911HD
- Computer software faults. Re-install HUATEC Wave or scan for virus.

Maintenance
Battery Charging
Rechargeable battery is used in HUAEC Group HGS911HDD data
collector. It will take several hours to fully charge the battery
and then it will be ready for >20 hours of continuous operation.
Calibration
HUAEC Group HGS911HD and accelerometer should be calibrated
periodically. The cycle of calibration is normally one year.
