Feature and Structure:
1 This pvc wood door panel production line has compact structure
,good plastification,high output,long life and other advantages.
2 This line uses conical twins screw extruder with Dcmotor
,imported elelctornic components and plastinum resistance,which
provide wide adjusting rangge and precise temperature control.
3 The down stream equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling
unit ,haul-off unit,cutting machine and stacker.
4 The haul-off unit uses two line caterpillar.
5 The lower one is fixed and upper one can be adjusted according to
the plate size
6 The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which
helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
Plastic wood compound materials(WPC) is a new pattern
environmentally friendly material made of wood fiber (inc. timber
scrap, straw, rice hull) and hot plasticity plastics(mainly waste
plastics).
It has the advantage of plastics as good plasticity, tensile and
impact strength, moth and corrosion resistance. Also it has
advantage of wood as easy-cutting and drilling for good process as
well as the nice appearance of wood. It’s also ideal substitute in
fields of packaging, architecture, etc
