Product Testing and Aging Steps
1. Test the Leds Chrominance and Angle in darkroom
(Using Equipment : Light Source Analysis System)
2. Test the Temperature and Humidity
(Using Equipment : High – Low Temp. & Variation Chamber)
3. Test the Seismic Performance
(Using Equipment : Transportation Vibration Testing Machine)
4.Test the waterproofing performance and long-term ponding water.
(Using Equipment : Splash Water Test Equipment )
5. Passed all above Testing ,product will be aging at least for
72Hours.
(Aging Method : Light the all leds and to be Flashing )
Purchase Process
1. Inquiry-Professional quotation by email or telephone. 2. Confirm
the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc. 3. Send the
Performa Invoice. 4. Customer makes the payment and sends us Bank
receipt. 5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we
have got the payment, And will make the samples according to your
request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After
approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform
the estimated time. 6. Middle Production-send photos to show the
production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the
estimated delivery time again. 7. End Production-Mass production
products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can
also arrange the third party inspection if you need. 8. Finish the
balance payment if the order has .Book the flight or vessel and
ship the goods. Inform the tracking number or send the Documents
for Customer to do Customs Clearance. 9. Order can be say “finish”
when you receive the goods and satisfy with them. 10. Feedback to
