We can provide the specific single matte.double matte,and double
shiny ED copper foil with the nominal thickness from 8um to 35um
for the li-ion battery;the width is from 100mm to 1300mm.and the
double shiny ED copper foil has the characteristics of the both
sides.
Features
1. the metal density nearing the copper theoretical density,very
low surface profile,and high elongation and tensile strength;
2. comparing with the single-matte and double matte ED copper
foils,when it adheres with the cathode materials,the contact area
will increase dramatically,
3. it can distinctly reduce the contact resistance between the
cathode current collector and the cathode material;the cathode
current collector of the foil also has excellent resistance of the
cold and heat expansion,
4. it can obviousely increase the service life of batteries.
