QF/QR Series Quick Hot Forging Test Machine
This kind of machine is designed according to the International
standards “Metallic materials forging test methods”, especially for the quality inspection of high-speed rods and
wires. Through simulating the quick impact conditions of the
metallic materials during the forging and pressing, the machine
truthfully reflects the instances of the quickly compressed rods
and wires.
Main Features: This kind of machine can quickly, high efficiently, and wholly
simulating the conditions of the metal rods and wires in the course
of forging and pressing, and then gets the test result. It
integrates the shearing, alignment, and quick forging, with compact
structure and beautiful outline. This machine is easily operated,
and the operator can get the test result within two minutes. The
test is quick and completed, with high efficiency. Through actual
triple shift continues use, it shows that the machine has such
features as low fault ratio and high reliability. It can content
the quality inspection requirements of high-speed rod and wire
product lines.
Applications: This kind of machine is widely used in the steel industry,
standard samples manufacturing industry, and tools manufacturing
industry, for the inspection of the metallic materials forging
tests. Under the room temperature or the hot conditions, exert test
force on the direction of specimen axial line, quickly compress the
specimen, and then inspect the metal ability of bearing forging
deformation in the specified forging ratio. It also can show the
metal surface disfigurements.

Note: 1.In general, the cold forging and hot forging are incompatible.
If the customer requires the cold and hot forging tests completed
on one machine, it is needed to declare the requirements when
ordering the machine.
2.The max. forging force is decided by the specimen diameter, the
material strength, and the forging ratio.Please inquire the
manufacture for choosing the proper model, and we can also produce
the machine according to the customer’s requirement.
3. If a special forging ratio is required, the machine can be made
according to the customer’s requirement.
4. Quick hot forging test machines have different heating methods,
such as chamber furnace, median frequency, and power frequency.
Please contact the manufacturer for choosing specific heating
method.
5.The standard test machines of model QF-3000, QR-3000, QF-5000,
QR-5000 have no shearing and alignment work positions.
