0.8mm Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric Thermal Insulation Materials

High silica cloth is a fiberglass fabric which has treated with silica calcination. Silica cloth is inorganic fabric which with above 96% content of SiO2, so it was called high silica cloth. After coating with red silicone/rubber on its single side or both two sides. Silicone coated silica cloth combines the great properties of silicone coating and high temperature resistant silica cloth. It makes the silicone coated high silica cloth a fire resistant, high strength, chemical resistant and corrosion resistant thermal insulation material. Silica cloth can withstand 1200℃ heat for the time being. For continuous insulation, it can be used below 800℃. The silicone coating side can resist heat from 260 to 300℃. What's more, silicone coating provides electrical insulation.

Based on its insulation and durablity properties, silicone coated high silica cloth can be used for removable thermal insulation jacket, welding sparks protection, fire blanket and other fireproof cover.
