A: Can I have a sample order?
Q: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed
samples are acceptable
A: What is the lead time?
Q: Samples need 3-5 working days, mass products need 7-10 days.
A: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
Q: Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex or TNT.), Air or Sea shipment is available
depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except
Sea transportation.
A: How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
Q: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and
next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If
mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
A: How to deal with the faulty?
Q: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no
big problem to the lights. Secondly, we usually offer 2 years
warranty for our lights. Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we
will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity. If
there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, then resend
them to you.
