Energy - Saving Hydraulic Tensioning System Excellent Wear Resistance

Hydraulic tensioning system,used in the Submerged Scraper Conveyor:

1, The installation of the hydraulic system: all pipes before installation should be clean, ensure the cleaning of pipe fittings. Before starting the system and should check whether all the pipe joint tight, without leakage. After the connection of the pipe and tank inside the tank filling 46, or 68, 25 litres (hydraulic oil, but the scraper unfinished before assembly shall not start the hydraulic system. See the instruction manual for the hydraulic tensioning and accumulator specification.

Note: (1) the connection protection device and the packaging must be retained to the final assembly on the joint may be removed;

(2) the joint must handling very carefully, if fell to the ground accidentally, it should be check whether the scratch, whether the seal off;

(3) all the joints may be thermal expansion or vibration and loose,it need to tighten again after start.

2, The maintenance of hydraulic system

(1) disconnect oil, remove oil cylinder;

(2) check the oil cylinder push rod wear condition;

(3) replace the oil cylinder;

(4) check accumulator charging pressure, adding nitrogen;

(5) remove the hydraulic station, put the net hydraulic oil, cleaning hydraulic station;

(6) check the hydraulic components, the replacement of damaged components, clean or replace filter filter, clean or replace air filter cartridge;

(7) oil to the hydraulic station location;

(8) back to the hydraulic system, adjust the fluid pressure;
