1. How to order the led display most suitable for my project? And
what is the best price you can offer?
A: First of all, it's better to know the application of the screen
( Indoor or Outdoor); the size of the screen would be ( Width &
Height); what will the screen to be used for ( advertising, live
events, install in somewhere permanently or temporary). We will
make the right solution at right prices for your reference.
2. How to install outdoor advertising led display?
A: We will provide drawing of steel structure or hanging truss,
then you can install led display outdoor very easy.
3. What is your lead time?
A: If we have available raw material, the lead time will around 15
working days, otherwise, would be 20-30 working days.
4. What is your shipping and packing way?
A: Our standard packing for the led cabinet is wooden case or
flight case as per customers' requests. For the mass order ( fit
for a container), we do shipment by Sea or airline as your needs.
5. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control
system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly,
during the guarantee period, we will send new module with new order
for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair
them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
6. What is your payment method?
A: Our usually practice for payment is by T/T or West union for the
mass order. 30% deposit for starting manufacturing. 70% before
shipment.
