Description:
This is pressurized system, with tank and collector combined, so we
call it integrated pressurized system.
The design of this system is indirect heating system.
The tap water piping is connected directly to the system, and water
is feed automatically by the water pressure.
The vacuum tubes absorb the sun energy and transfer the heat to the
tank through the copper heat pipe inside the tube, then water
inside the tank is gradually heated.
This system includes the MG anodes, which is used for
anti-corrosion, and electric element, which is used when there’s no
enough sun. And it also includes the P/T safety valve.
So if the tank is overheated and water pressure exceeds 6 bar, the
P/T valve will open automatically to protect the tank.
This system has now been approved to be one of the most effective
system, so this is more and more popularly used in the world.
