Thermosyphon Blue Titanium Absorber
Working Principle
1. Split pressurized flat plate solar water heater system
incorporates a flat plate solar collector, pressure hot water tank,
pump station and accessories.
2. An internal coil is pre-installed inside storage tank as heat
exchanger.
3. A heat-transfer liquid circulate through flat plate collector
and tank coil to make heat-exchange between the closed loop and
main tank water.
4. An additional tank coil can be used to form a closed circulation
loop for house or floor or pool water heating.
5. There are many different configurations possible, the choice of
design will depend on the
6. purpose of the system, climate, space limitations and many other
factors.
Flat Plate Solar Collector
1. Flat plate solar thermal collector is suitable for residential
or commercial solar water heating projects.
2. The selective blue tinox coated absorber sheet absorbs up to 95%
of available sunlight converting into usable heat.
Pressure Hot Water Tank
A pressure hot water tank with inside heat exchange coil is usually
involved in closed loop solar water heater, the storage tank can be
placed anywhere inside house.
Depending on the system design a single tank may incorporate both
solar and auxiliary heating (gas, electric etc) or a dedicated
solar tank may supply pre-heated water to a second tank that is
heated by traditional energy sources.
