1. Description
Raw material of bearing bars: Carbon steel, stainless steel,
aluminum etc. with serrated type.
Raw material of cross bars: Carbon steel or stainless steel in
round bars, square bars, twisted square bars or hexagon bars.
Raw material of end bars: Same material as bearing bars.

2. Serrated Surface
The standard method of manufacturing serrated riveted grating is to
serrate the crimped cross member. When assembled, these cross
members are raised slightly above the top surface of the bearing
bars to provide a superior unidirectional slip-resistant surface.
If your application is particularly prone to unsafe walking
conditions, consider specifying "100% Serrated" grating where both
the bearing bars and cross members are provided with serrations.
