It is applied to deep water pump motor and other various type of big dimension stator.

(3) Machine mainfunction and characteristic

This machine is suitable for big power stator, long stack length stator(deep-well pump stator) or other big dimension stator. It is horizontal type with a auto slider. Stator can be moved by lifting device. Tooling adopts flexible principles of inner expansion, outer wrapping and edge forming. It is controlled by PLC. The parameter can be set in the HMI.

(4) Information needed for final forming machine inquiry:

It will be better if customer could send us detailed drawing including below information.
1. Stator lamination drawing
2. Stator stack drawing
3. Winding drawing
4. Other technical requirement.

If possible, it will better if customer could send us samples.

(5) Appropriate use

If coil dimension and appearance is inaccurate, stop to do adjustment to avoid of quality accident.
Check and clean up the electrical cabinet once every three months.
The machine should be stopped or power should be off when the operator is away or do clean and lubricating job.
Do not remove the safety protection device in the process of using.
The dress of operator should meet the safety requirements, stand in proper position.
Regularly clean the lubricating tooling and lubricating system. Do not keep the safety door and oil eye lid to avoid of that foreign matter like dust,metal scrap get in.
Do not operate machine during its maintenance, stop running machine and cut off the power.
That other than specified personnel do not operate the machine, and two people operate the machine at the same time is forbidden.
It is prohibited that operate machine and touch the electrical parts by wet hands, probably may cause electric shock.
The operator can not leave away when the machine is running, should keep his eyes on that if any abnormality (abnormal noise, unusual smell, over heat, vibration) of each parts coming up. Stop and check the machine immediately if any of above mentioned takes place, and solve it in time.
It is prohibited that to use the machine beyond its capacity and load.
After stop using the machine, please do the check an clean up, please do not use the steam or water or corrosive liquid to clean the machine.
The height of the hydraulic oil in the oil tank should keep in same level with the mark line; the hydraulic oil no is J-HM46# antiwar hydraulic oil.
