Description:

The series of products are : One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine , plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.

2. This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use two-step extrusion method alter pelletizing. The two-step extrusion method can save the power and space , and the two-step extrusion method features the machine can gain the high output and stable extrusion presure.

3. Low power consumption. Low trouble as advanced design. Low maintenance cost. The thickness is 2mm-16mm and the walls can be twin-wall, triple-wall or 4-wall even multi walls. The ribs connected between walls could be rectangular diagonal or hexagonal shape. Output is from 80 to 500kg/h. We also can develop different kinds of machine according to customer inquiry.
