1. PVC profiles are mainly used in PVC window, wall panel and small
profiles for decoration. And this extrusion line is the best choice

2. This line is made up of conical twin screw extruder, mould,
calibration table, hauler, cuter, stacker.
3. Additionally, for PVC window profile, equipped with correspondent
co-extruder, the rubber seal or the surface color can be
co-extruded on line. From the material feeding until the stacking,
it is fully automatic, which also pursues the characteristics of
good plasticization, low power consumption and cost effective.
