Electrochemical oxidation, aluminum and aluminum alloy chemical
oxidation treatment equipment is simple, easy to operate, high
production efficiency, no power consumption, wide application
range, not subject to the size and shape of the parts. Oxide film
thickness of about 5 ~ 20 microns (hard anodic oxidation film
thickness up to 60 ~ 200 microns), has high hardness, good heat
resistance and insulation, corrosion resistant ability higher than
that of chemical oxidation film, porous, has good adsorption
capacity.

Chemical polishing chemical polishing is the use of aluminum and
aluminum alloy manufacture in selective since the dissolution of
acidic or alkaline electrolyte solution, to leveling system of
polishing surface, in order to reduce its surface roughness, PH of
chemical processing method. This kind of polishing method has the
advantages of simple equipment, no power supply, no external
dimension limit, high speed and low processing cost. The purity of
aluminum and aluminum alloy has a great influence on the quality of
chemical polishing. The higher the purity, the better the polishing
quality, and the worse the contrast.
Passivation is the method to turn the metal surface into a state
that is not easily oxidized, and to slow the corrosion rate of the
metal.
